About The Experience
Perched atop Address Sky View Hotel, Sky Views from Emaar combines three exhilarating experiences in one, including the Observatory, Sky Slide, and Sky Edge Walk. With a standard Sky View Dubai ticket, you gain access to the Observatory, offering irresistible views of Dubai, and the Sky Slide, a thrilling descent through a fully transparent glass tube from the 53rd to the 52nd level, providing surreal views of the surroundings.
What To Expect:
1. Epic Panoramas over Dubai: Enjoy breathtaking views of Dubai’s cityscape as you ascend to the 52nd level of Address Sky View Hotel in a glass elevator. Explore the Observatory on the 53rd level, offering compelling views of Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Dubai, and Burj Khalifa.
2. Capture Insta-worthy Snaps: The two-level Observatory, located at an altitude of 219.5 meters, features a 25-meter-long glass walk connecting the twin towers. It serves as an excellent vantage point for marveling at the city and capturing perfect Instagram-worthy shots.
3. Go Down the First-of-its-Kind Glass Sky Slide: Experience the thrill of a lifetime with the Glass Sky Slide, a first-of-its-kind ride in the Middle East. The transparent slide offers a safe and unobstructed view as you descend from the 53rd to the 52nd level.
4. Experience Utmost Safety: The Sky Slide is constructed with quadruple-laminated glass, ensuring durability and transparency. This provides a safe and unimpeded floor-to-floor ride experience, allowing you to see Dubai from a unique perspective. Additionally, you can opt for Edge Walk, a circular hands-free walk on a ledge (additional charge).

Important Information
- Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried.
- Age criteria :Â Guests aged between 12 to 65 years are eligible for the glass slide and edge walk
- Minors between 12 to 18 years of age require the consent of their parent/ guardian in person. Kids aged below 12 years are NOT allowed for edge walk and glass slide
- Weight criteria :Â Guests weighing from 30 to 150 kgs will be allowed for the glass slide.
- Height criteria : Guests with height ranging from 120 cm to 200 cm will be allowed  for the glass slide.
- You are required to wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
- Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
- Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
Note: The Sky Views Observatory can only be accessed through Tower 1, it is essential to inform guests to proceed directly to Tower 1 for access to the observatory. In addition to the above please note: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, entry point next to residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views – Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
