Experience the UAE’s tallest mountain in the most thrilling way with Jebel Jais Flight! This attraction at the ecological adventure park of Toroverde Ras al Khaimah holds the Guinness World Records for the longest zipline in the world, surpassing Puerto Rico’s Monster Zipline of 2,530 meters with an enormous length of 2,832 meters—longer than the size of 28 soccer pitches combined.
The adventure begins as you ascend the mountains of Jebel Jais, but the real excitement kicks in as you step onto the launch platform situated at one of the country’s high-altitude points. Positioned at a thrilling height of 1,680 meters, this massive falcon-shaped, transparent platform features twin cable zips parallel to each other, allowing you to enjoy this activity with your equally adventurous companion.
After a quick safety briefing with a team of certified ziplining experts by your side, you’ll be harnessed up to the line. Once ready, you’ll leap into the open air and fly like a superhero, belly down. Zip through the sturdy cable lines at an astonishing speed of about 130 kilometers/hour and savor the most mesmerizing aerial views as you soar across the majesty of Jebel Jais and Al Hatta Mountains for more than three minutes.
One of the most jaw-dropping moments is when you land on another suspended platform at 1280 meters high. Dangling in the air, it excites you with the second adventure as you’re transferred to a one-kilometer-long line while being attached to a pulley, completing this once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
Important Information
- Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you. This is required during the activity for verification purposes.
- Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian on the appointment date.
- The weight should be between a minimum of 40 kg and a maximum of 120 kg. Height should be a minimum of 122 cm.
- Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. Skirts, dresses, flip-flops, and any loose footwear are not allowed. It is recommended to tie up your hair and avoid wearing large accessories such as earrings, bracelets, etc.
- For the Jebel Jais Via Ferrata, please wear sturdy trainers or running shoes with good grip.
- Small lockers will be provided to store personal items such as handbags, wallets, keys, and mobile phones.
- The candidate should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment.
- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the time slot booked to ensure a smooth start to the activity.
