Important Information
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult though out the time
- No outside food, beverages, or alcohol allowed into Aqua-venture.
- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
- Enter all pools and attractions feet first for safety; diving is not permitted.
- Sharing transfers can be arranged from centrally located Dubai Hotel/Residence only.
- Additional surcharge for pick-up from areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels/Residences.
- Timing on sharing transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic conditions and location.
- Important Note: – Atlantis Off-peak tickets will not be valid for the below-mentioned dates –

Please note Below Ride will be temporarily closed for maintenance:
- Aquaconda and Zoomerango Family Ride in Poseidon Tower will be closed from 11th – 19th September 2023.
- Splashers Cove (Kids area for below 1.2 meters) will be closed from 07th September – 09th October 2023.
