Important Information

  • The rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight & hotel fare may change at any point of time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
  • Hotel check- in time is 14:00 hrs. & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check- in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
  • In case the guest test positive after the PCR test then need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the visitor directly. Full package amount would be non-refundable.
  • All the visa approval / rejections is subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
  • Sprint Tours is acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for grant or rejection of customer’s entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy or Airline; Sprint Tours cannot be held liable for the same.
  • If there is any changes or cancellation in flight which is done by airline due to any reason, Sprint Tours will not be responsible.
  • Cancellation due to pandemic leading to Force Majeure and in the event of cancellation due to lockdown in the country of destination leading to flight cancellation, Flight and hotel cancellation & refund will be as per the policies of airline, hotel etc. Sprint Tours will try to get maximum refund.

Booking Policy

We require a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled departure, otherwise, we will charge you a cancellation fee as below:
  • • 50% of your total amount will be charged if you do not inform us of your cancellation (or any changes affecting the initial booking) by 6 to 3 days before your scheduled departure.
  • • 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure or No show.
Payment Terms
  • Total amount of the flight & hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
  • The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released

Day 1: Arrival in Sri Lanka and Transfer to Kandy

After a warm meet and greet at the airport, your first day in Sri Lanka begins with a relaxed transfer to Kandy. There are fantastic en-route stops. You will first pause at Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, a 10-hectare facility managed by the Sri Lanka Department of Wildlife Conservation mainly to care for the orphaned elephants. Mingle with these majestic creatures and even enjoy the chance to bottle-feed the baby elephants. The next stop is at the Spice and Herbal Garden, where you can tantalize your senses and learn firsthand about different types of spices, their health benefits, and cultivation and harvesting methods.
As you proceed to Kandy, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will tour the scenic Kandy Lake with an Upper Lake Drive and also visit the sanctified Temple of the Tooth Relic. You can also watch a cultural dance performance and marvel at the country’s precious gemstones at the Gems Museum. After an exciting day of sightseeing, you will retire to your Kandy accommodation for a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Nuwara Eliya

Your second day in Sri Lanka begins with a refreshing breakfast, followed by the Kandy hotel check-out. You will next join our representative, who will take you to one of the country’s most captivating hill stations, Nuwara Eliya, known for its pleasant climate and verdant tea plantations. Along the way, there is a stopover at the 147-acre Peradeniya Botanical Garden, with an intriguing past spanning the 14th century and now at an altitude of 460 meters. See hundreds of thousands of plants and flowers representing over 4,000 rare and unique species. They are as diverse as orchids, roses, palms, spices, and cacti, to name a few. The tour continues to Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple, a venerated shrine devoted to Lord Hanuman, and then to the scintillating Ramboda Waterfalls. Acquaint yourself with the region’s best tea varieties and their production techniques as you stop at the Tea Factory and Tea Estate. Once you arrive at Nuwara Eliya, complete the check-in procedures before settling into your room in a magnificent setting. Relax until our team picks you up in the evening to take in some of the region’s unmissable sights, including Seetha Amman Temple, Gregory Lake and Lake Park, and Victoria Park.

Day 3: Transfer to Bentota

Today, after breakfast and hotel check-out, you will bid farewell to Bentota. Prepare for the most enthralling experiences as you next journey to the stunning coastal town of Bentota, celebrated for its dazzling waters and palm-fringed sandy beaches. Enjoy immersing yourself in nature's bounty en route, with a stopover at the St. Clair's and Devon Waterfalls. You can also look forward to participating in a heart-racing water rafting session at Kitulgala.
As you reach your Bentota accommodation, check into your room and sink into its comforts, or set out to make the most of its picturesque beaches and charming coastal ambiance.

Day 4: Bentota Tour

Energize yourself for the day with a delicious breakfast before you embark on a guided excursion of Bentota. The first stop is at the Madhu Ganga River, a World Heritage Site. Experience an unforgettable cruise down the river surrounded by awe-inspiring natural beauty. You will later head to the Turtle Hatchery, where you can appreciate the fantastic conservation efforts to protect endangered turtles. Depending on your preference, you can participate in some thrilling water sports on the Bentota River. The most exciting experience awaits with a whale-watching expedition in Mirissa; it lets you see these massive creatures up close in their original habitat. Wind up the day on a comfortable return transfer to your Bentota accommodation.

Day 5: Transfer to Colombo & Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast and hotel check-out, it is time to leave Bentota and make your way to the capital city, Colombo, on a 90-minute drive. Get ready to witness some of the city’s top attractions with an experienced guide. Be in awe at Gangaramaya Temple, one of the country’s most esteemed Buddhist temples. Galle Face Green, the marvelous seaside park, is the next major stop. It is a perfect spot for individuals and families alike to enjoy the beach, partake in various recreational activities, or simply wind down and soak in exuberant settings. Another significant park you will visit is Viharamahadevi Park, the city’s oldest and largest park. You will also stop at the iconic Independence Square and the National Museum of Natural History for a slice of the authentic Sri Lankan cultural diversity and natural heritage.

Day 6: Departure

Your Sri Lanka holiday culminates today! Subject to your flight timing, you can indulge in last-minute shopping, revisit your favorite attractions, or sample the local culinary specialties. Following hotel check-out, your vehicle with a friendly driver will be ready at your doorstep or desired location to transfer you to the airport. Sit back and savor a pleasant ride as you make it to the airport in time to board the departure flight
